Report an error, a data issue or a possible infringement of rights.

For a shop or rights holder

You may ask us to correct data, hide a photograph or product, or remove a shop entirely. Include your name and authority, the disputed page URL, the action requested, the basis for the request and supporting material.

After receiving a complete notice, we acknowledge it and aim to assess within 24 hours whether the material should be hidden temporarily. This is our operational target, not a statement of a statutory deadline in every case.

Price or description error

Send the zaan.ge page URL, the shop page URL and a short description. The shop always determines the final price and availability.
