Data and purposes

The site has no user accounts, analytics, advertising trackers or payments. If you email us at zaan.head@gmail.com, we process your address, name (if given) and the message so that we can reply.

After publication, the web server and hosting provider may process the IP address, request time and URL, user-agent and technical errors to operate and protect the site.

After you answer “Yes, I am 18 or older” in the alcohol section, the browser keeps the cookie zaan_age18 for 12 months and sends it to our server only so that the question is not asked again. It holds no name or age and is not used for tracking. The catalog column count, theme and selected size are also stored in the browser; they are not sent to the server. Clearing the site's browser data removes all of it.

Legal basis, recipients and retention

The basis for processing technical server data is the legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site. Emails are processed by our email provider and kept in the recipient mailbox. Messages are deleted 12 months after receipt. The hosting provider is netcup GmbH (Германия). Access logs are retained for up to 14 days.

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing of your data and complain to the State Audit Office of Georgia. Use the email above to make a request.
